Off to See the Wizard at Cortland Repertory Theatre

Did you know that The Wizard of Oz is coming to Cortland County this Wednesday? It’s true! Beginning this Wednesday, August 2, the Cortland Repertory Theatre is putting on The Wizard of Oz at the historic Little York Pavilion! This show is a great way for families to spend some time together enjoying this retelling of the classic story.

The Cortland Repertory Theatre calls it “a heartwarmer to kids of all ages” with lots of classic, popular songs from The Wizard of Oz. This show is sure to provide quality family time spent in this great story written by L. Frank Baum, who was born in none other than Madison County! After seeing this performance, take a family trip to the upstate NY village of Chittenango to see the All Things Oz museum that celebrates this fun family-friendly story and its writer.
